Tekmar Project Management is carried to the international standard of dnv iso9001
Tekmar deploy a fully dedicated project leader for each project and for each client. The leader is totally involved from project acceptance through to project deployment. The system requires a biweekly sign off with electronic reports, the frequency of the sign can be increased if required. All project schedule charts are supported by master document and ongoing activity register, all which relate to initial activity schedule agreed in the proposal before project award.
With over 100 of our main product systems built and currently in use on a global scale, in environments where equipment failure could be critical we understand the need for complete quality control.
