Pipeline Clamp Technology
Tekmar have an extensive track record in supplying a wide range of clamping system designed specifically to suit clients individual project requirements. Clamp designs vary from split frictional clamps for low axial loads to modules fitted with the TEKGRIP® collet system for increased holding capability.
Clamping solutions can be fitted with seal assemblies, typically used on riser / umbilical hang-off systems were there is a requirement to seal the annulus between the riser and the j-tube. Pipeline recovery clamps are supplied that can be installed subsea by ROV using either hydraulic intervention or alternatively via an ISO 13628-8 class IV torque tool.
Designs are subjected to third party verification and a factory acceptance test that simulates the offshore conditions.
All systems delivered are technically support by a team of engineers with full access to a complete database of both technical and construction information retained in our electronic archive records, maintained since company was established. Our technical support services include installation and commissioning carried out by our own experienced and qualified service engineers.
All designs are generated using Autodesk Inventor and files can be supplied to clients for integration in deck layouts.
